For those who are interested in Kyudo there are classes at the Dojo of the Four Winds in Encinitas on Friday evenings at 6:30 pm. Contact Jannette Curran Sensei (jannettecurran@hotmail.com) or Rick Beal Sensei (rickbeal@sbcglobal.net) for details on the classes. The Nanka Kyudo Kai was formed by Rick Beal with permission from Kosaka-sensei to represent the growth of their group beyond Los Angeles to include all of Southern California. Nanka is the word used by the local Japanese Community to mean "Southern California."
