News from Japan! Swordsmiths Matsuda Tsuguyasu, Furukawa Kiyoyuki, and Ogawa Kanekuni (son) have all been elevated to the rank of Mukansa (master craftsman). However, this year there will be two Shinsaku exhibitions/competitions one held by the NBTHK and one by the newly formed NBSK.
